Definitions

'Body Soul & Spirit' or 'We' means the company known as Body Soul & Spirit Ltd at 14 Gloucester Street, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 7AP, company number 04337779, registered in England and Wales.

'Retail Outlet' means either physical shop, Body Soul & Spirit Ltd at 14 Gloucester Street, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 7AP and 13 Bond Street, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 8HE, company number 04337779, registered in England and Wales.

'Website' means the website found at www.bodysoulandspirit.co.uk owned by Body Soul & Spirit.

'Online Shop' means the ecommerce shop found on the Website.

'Mail Order Catalogue' means the mail order catalogue produced by Body Soul & Spirit.

'You' means any customer purchasing items from the Online Shop.

'Enquirer' means any person or persons making enquiries about services or products offered by Body Soul & Spirit, whether by recommendation or via the Website.

By using our Online Shop, our Retail Outlet, our Mail Order Catalogue, or by Booking a Tarot Reading, you and/or the enquirer agree to the Terms and Conditions stated herein prior to entering into any offer to treat or any contract to purchase goods or services from Body Soul & Spirit.

Prices

Body Soul & Spirit reserve the right to adjust prices as necessary and to correct any typing errors on our site. Should you make an order before we notice the error, we shall contact you to ask whether you would like to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel the order.

Online Orders, Mail Orders from our Catalogue and Deliveries

For online orders, the delivery price is dependent upon the weight, size and total cost of the products you are ordering. Delivery charges will be quoted in your basket with a choice of services. The total weight is calculated for all the products ordered, therefore it is usually more cost effective to order more than one product at a time.

For mail orders from our catalogue only, the delivery price is the cost price of Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for, unless an alternative service is requested by the Enquirer or if Body Soul & Spirit decide to use an alternative service. Please see below for overseas deliveries.

All products in stock are usually posted within 5 working days. It will then take the time for the package to be delivered to you via the delivery service provider, normally 3-5 working days to the UK, dependent upon the service used. Whilst we will endeavour to deliver your purchases well within the lead time (usually sending orders by post the next working day), please be aware that stocking issues may increase that lead time. Working days are Monday to Friday inclusive.

We cannot guarantee that all items in our Mail Order Catalogue are in stock at all times. In the event we are out of stock for all or part of your order, we will endeavour to get the product back in stock as soon as possible and may delay the processing of your order received if the product/s are due back in stock within the next few days. If part of your order is unlikely to be in stock within 10 working days we will only charge you for the items that we send to you and will notify you regarding the availability of the products you are missing as and when they become available.

Pictures shown on our Website and Mail Order Catalogue are examples of the products on offer. You understand that anything you order and receive may not be the actual item/s pictured on our site or in our Mail Order Catalogue but that it will be as close as possible to the same item/s. Dimensions given for products online or in our Mail Order Catalogue are approximate in size.

The price of an item/s in our shop may differ from our online price/s and mail order catalogue price/s. This is due to the fact that we cannot alter a mail order catalogue price once it is printed and likely price increases may be taken into account. Also at times we offer different promotional prices in our shop and on our website and may increase or decrease these prices from time to time as the market dictates. In the event that there has been a typographic error for any price online or printed in our mail order catalogue, we reserve the right to charge the correct price for any item you order.

We use a tracking service for International Deliveries and delivery times are dependent upon the destination and service used. Prices available upon request, for which a Paypal invoice will be sent to the Enquirer when placing an order.

If you are ordering from abroad, please note that we do not take responsibility for payment of any duty and/or taxes that you may incur from your country of origin. Please contact Customs in your country for further information.

Your delivery should arrive in perfect condition. If your delivery arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please refer to our returns policy. We advise you to keep the packaging from your delivery for at least 14 days after delivery, should it need to be returned. We advise you to inspect your order the day it arrives and report any problems to us immediately.

Returns Policy

Body Soul & Spirit will refund or replace goods that arrive at their destination in a damaged or un-useable condition, or if the wrong product has been sent to you. In this event, please contact us immediately and if possible take digital photographs of the damage and include these in an email to us. We may utilise any evidence you provide for proof of damage to the carrier's insurers. We will credit your credit/debit card with a full refund within 30 working days of the incorrect or faulty goods having been received back to Body Soul & Spirit following our inspection of the product/s. Please be sure to include your contact details in the returned package.

If you have had a change of heart and want to return your item, you have the right to cancel your order or part thereof up to 14 days from the date of your receipt. In this event, we offer an exchange or credit note for other goods to the value of the item/s returned. We do not offer refunds for undamaged products. We will send you your chosen replacement/s or credit note following receipt of the unwanted goods, which must first be returned to us in perfect and unused condition.

We reserve the right to charge for all postage costs (each way) should you choose to return any unwanted product. Once we have received the returned items from you and following our inspection to ensure the item/s are undamaged, we reserve the right to charge you a re-stocking and admin fee. Please note, you will be responsible for your own postage and packaging costs should you choose to return an undamaged item to us and we may charge you for additional postage and packaging costs for replacement items to be sent to you.

Please be aware, we will not refund or replace cancelled orders or part-orders which are returned to us used, products with a seal broken, tags missing, without their original packaging, or damaged. In particular, we have a policy not to refund or exchange products such as earrings, cosmetics, lotions, potions, herbs or loose materials where it is possible they may have been used or tampered with and we cannot be assured of their suitability for resale.

For items bought in our retail outlet, our policy is to offer an exchange to the same value for other products or offer a credit note in the form of a gift voucher. We do not give cash or card refunds for items which have been seen, handled and bought from our Retail Outlet and are returned because of a change of heart.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

Booking a Tarot Reading

The Client means any person's booking a Tarot Reading with Body Soul & Spirit.

Booking means a period of time booked and agreed by Body Soul & Spirit and The Client for the purpose of a Tarot Reading.

Please email us if you are interested in an online reading: £25 general reading, £35 extended reading.

1. "Tarot Readings" are services offered by Body Soul & Spirit.
2. Tarot Readings are required to be paid in full in advance.
3. When a Booking has been placed, we cannot offer refunds should the Client change his/her mind or for any other reason.
4. Prior to Booking, the Client agrees to make Body Soul & Spirit aware of any mental health condition's s/he has where a reading may affect his/her mental and/or physical well-being.
5. The Client understands that ANY Tarot Reader, Clairvoyant or any other type of Oracle or Medium is obliged by law to inform any and all Client/s that such services are to be considered for entertainment purposes only.
6. Prior to booking any Tarot Readings, the Client agrees that any action/s s/he may decide to take after the Booking will be solely at his/her discretion.
