The first thing you will need to do is center yourself; reach that place in meditation of allowance, where you let go of all judgments and just open yourself to receive. Pinch the weighted ends together and just quickly slide your fingers away letting the prongs of the tuning fork vibrate. As the tuning fork vibrates place it on the base of the spine where it meets the skull. The point of the fork should be in the soft tissue just below the skull with the stem of the fork resting against the base of the skull. You may need to pinch the ends together several times to keep the vibration going to carry the frequency to the brain.

Kundalini Tuning Fork

Kundalini is the term for "a spiritual energy or life force located at the base of the spine", conceptualized as a coiled-up serpent. It is described as a sleeping, dormant potential force in the human organism. It is one of the components of an esoteric description of the "subtle body", which consists of nadis (energy channels), chakras (psychic centres), prana (subtle energy), and bindu (drops of essence).

Third Eye Tuning Fork

Place the tuning fork just above the third eye, which is located in the center of your forehead. Close your physical eyes and notice what you see. Most people see black; so don’t get discouraged if that is what you see. Bring to mind a color, preferably a sky blue emanating in the area of the third eye. As you begin to see this color you will notice it begins to fill all that you are seeing.

You may have to vibrate the tuning fork several times as the vibration lessens. When you can see a sky blue color you are now ready to bring to mind other colors. After you master the colors, you can start focusing on different objects and people with your third eye. When that is mastered and you can use your third eye color and objects, you become proficient at seeing auras and then you can begin to look inside bodies for things that need assistance.
